Who is EiP?

Excel in Property (EiP) exists to raise the standard of real estate financial capability in the UK.

Founded by Lucy Gordon - best known for modelling over £3.0bn of real estate assets and authoring the RICS guidance on discounted cash flow (DCF) - EiP was created to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world investment decision-making.
