Lucy Gordon

Lucy began her property career in 2012 working at UK Real Estate Fund, Mountgrange Investment Management (later to become Clearbell Capital). Whilst there, she specialised in financial modelling, acquisitions, and debt financing, including creating and maintaining excellent banking relationships.

Angela Ruck

Angela began her Real Estate career in 2016 in South Africa where she worked at Investec in the Property Fund. In 2018, she joined Clearbell Capital, a Real Estate Fund in the UK. Her role involved financial modelling, analysing different investments and working closely with the asset management team.

Jo Winchester

Jo Winchester qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990 and has practiced as a valuation surveyor for most of her career in real estate. Until December 2022 Jo was an Executive Director at CBRE specializing in living sectors. As part of her role she supervised and coached graduates up to APC standard in valuation and development appraisals. Jo is an RICS Registered Valuer and FRICS and is also a coach accredited by the EMCC.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

Forever! As soon as you sign up, you will gain access to the portal with the pre-recorded training videos and workbook. However, the main support programme and Modelling Test is time-bound, so we recommend you complete the course during this period to get the most out of your training.

When are the live sessions? What if I can’t make them?

Live session timings will be added to the portal and subject to our expert’s diaries. But don’t worry if you can’t make them, everything will be recorded so you can access them once they have been uploaded to the portal.

How do you provide support during the training?

You can join our monthly hot seat calls where you can ask us questions or listen and learn from other people's questions. You'll find the link and dates of the hot seats within the community portal. Got questions outside the hot seats? Fire away in the portal, and we'll get back to you ASAP.

If I want to improve my excel skills, but not necessarily in property, should I take this course?

This course will help improve your excel skills as we cover various shortcuts, formulae and uses of Excel, however, the benefit of our Real Estate Analyst course and supplementary courses are that they focus specifically on using excel to model property transactions.

Do I have to buy all 4 courses?

No, you can buy each course individually, however, some bonuses are only available if you buy all 4 courses at once.
